May 2018 AutoPlus testing Live date July 2018 Client testing is moved to June 2018 Live date September 2018	Advance Testing notice: CGI is re-platforming the automobile policy and claims history database you would know as AutoPlus. This project is currently underway with a targeted live date of July, 2018. We are writing to you at this time to let you know that we will be inviting our Web services clients to participate in regression testing their integration to the re-platformed application. Our plans anticipate Client testing will be conducted in the month of May, 2018. We will provide more details as to specific dates for Client testing early in 2018. It is worth noting that a key assumption in our project is that no changes have been made to the data provided to our clients. Therefore it is not expected that there would be any changes to webservices XML responses. Should this change, CGI would document and communicate any changes in our communication in early 2018. CGI will be performing extensive testing before moving the system to Client Test however we still encourage our clients to regression test their integrations to confirm. At this time we are asking clients to anticipate this work and to accommodate the testing in the required timeline (May 2018). PolicyBaseInfoDT

Description: The basic information regarding the policy in the AutoPlus database.

Note that this data is generated during the load process. The data feeds do not provide a “policy” view of the data. The data feeds provide individual records describing the premium and statistical information for a unit at risk (e.g., a vehicle) or loss and statistical information for claim against a unit at risk.

PolicyDriverDT

Description: A person who operates a vehicle on the policy. Drivers may no longer be covered by a policy but data about the driver is maintained if the driver was involved in a claim. Over time, the same driver may be insured under many policies, however, a PolicyDriver is an instance of a driver on a policy. The data recorded with the PolicyDriver is the most current information (as of the latest point in time that the driver is on the policy) that the company has for a driver. It is quite possible that the PolicyDriver data for a single Driver will vary from Policy to Policy.
